We understand that circumstances can arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment. To avoid any fees, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments without a 24-hour notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our time effectively and accommodate other clients.
Roque Marketing is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project without the client’s express consent.
To ensure the success of the project, clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.
Roque Marketing reserves the right to terminate services if the terms of the agreement are violated, including non-payment or inappropriate conduct. Clients may also terminate services, but any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
Roque Marketing is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence in all aspects of our work, final responsibility for the use and impact of the delivered work rests with the client.
